One-piece adapters that join two measured round dust ports — shop vac to power tool, hose to extractor. Designed to be re-cut to any measured pair of diameters.

Specifications & fit

Three prototype sizes: 32–35, 35–50 and 50–63 mm. 80 mm long, 30 mm sockets, 2.4 mm wall. Socket bores are the nominal size + 0.3 mm.

A wall-side dust chamber with a replaceable drill-alignment insert and a vacuum connection, so plasterboard and masonry dust goes into the vacuum instead of onto the floor.

Specifications & fit

Chamber 80 × 110 × 23 mm with a 32 mm spigot. Seven guide sizes: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12 mm. Needs four M3 screws; vacuum and drill not included.

A shared bolt-on rail that the rest of the workshop range hangs from, so holders added later reuse the same wall fixings.

Specifications & fit

Rail 240 × 40 × 8 mm with four stations at 50 mm pitch. Wall fixing centres 210 mm apart. The rail is sold separately. The new Makita range has its own mounts, carriers and tote; rail interfaces remain unverified.

Removable trays laid out for one specific drawer, in open and divided versions, so there is no wasted gap and nothing slides around when the drawer moves.

Demonstration set: six 153 × 202.5 × 60 mm trays filling a 463 × 408 × 72 mm drawer, 3.2 mm walls. Trays clip together with a dovetail key; unused slots take a blanking plug. Built from example dimensions, not a measured customer drawer.

Screw-on nozzles and corner-finishing tips for standard silicone cartridges, a screw cleaner that pulls cured plugs out of a nozzle, and caps that stop an opened tube drying out.

Finishing tips R3–R12 leave a concave corner bead of that radius. Five nozzles: fine, wide, V-notch and two resealable. 137 mm screw cleaner. Cap pair: cartridge cap + tip cap. Cartridge thread Ø15 × 2.5 mm.

Material, colour and fit are confirmed with you before anything is made. Eligible small orders pay one delivery fee, not a fee per item. Standard urban delivery is free from NZ$100; rural surcharges still apply, and larger orders need a delivery quote. Made-to-measure DrawerFit sets are quoted individually.

Q3D phone stand

A one-piece desk stand for your phone, finished with the Q3D logo and a honeycomb texture.

Portrait, landscape and room to charge

The stand holds your phone at a comfortable 65° viewing angle, either upright for messages and video calls or on its side for watching. The front ledge is 14 mm deep to leave room for a phone case.

A slot through the middle of the ledge leaves space for a charging cable, so your phone can stay plugged in while it stands upright.

Designed in-house in New Plymouth with the Q3D logo on the front, a debossed hexagon pattern across the stand and rounded edges. It measures 85 mm wide, about 96 mm deep and 104 mm tall. These photos show the actual printed stand. Colour requests can be added to your order notes.
